Curated Feed | FH API

The Firehose API delivers topical feeds through a REST API. Instead of submitting a query with every request, each feed is preconfigured for a customer use case and continuously returns matching, enriched posts.

The API provides the same unlimited access as Legacy Firehose with faster retrieval and AI-powered enrichment. Unlike the FTP-based Legacy Firehose ZIP downloads, it uses a dedicated REST endpoint.

Existing Legacy Firehose users should migrate to the FH API.

Curated Feed

Curated Feed is a targeted Firehose feed with filters configured for a specific customer use case.

Endpoint

https://api.webz.io/firehose?token=[FH_CLIENT_TOKEN]&client_feed=[FH_CLIENT_NAME]
curl "https://api.webz.io/firehose?token=YOUR_TOKEN&client_feed=fh_webz_client"

Pagination

Each response contains up to 100 posts. Use the nextPage value from a response as the path and query string for the next request.

text
https://api.webz.io/firehose?token=YOUR_TOKEN&client_feed=fh_webz_client

nextPage:
/firehose?token=YOUR_TOKEN&client_feed=fh_webz_client&since=1753090852000&nid=8190f1a6134741e150dfb86278365a834f4985d0

  • Data is typically available about five minutes after crawling.
  • The recommended request rate is one call per second. Higher rates require a predefined configuration with Customer Support.
  • Posts are ordered from oldest to newest.
