Pricing & Credits

Archive runs on prepaid credits.

How credits work

  • Each post in your dataset uses 1 credit.
  • Before an order runs, the estimate shows the post count so you know the cost up front.
  • Your balance is charged by the actual posts retrieved, so you only pay for the data you get.
  • Credits have a reset date. When it passes, unused credits expire. Webz.io emails you ahead of the reset, and again if your balance runs low.

How the estimate is calculated

Your query runs against the last 30 days of live data, and the match count is multiplied by the number of months in your range:

estimated posts = posts in last 30 days x number of months

The same post can appear across multiple sites or across separate orders, so it may be counted more than once.

Only one order is processed at a time. While an order is pending, the credits it reserves are held - a second order that would exceed your remaining balance is rejected until the first completes.

Pay per order (credit card)

The Wizard also supports one-off card payment instead of credits: $0.0002 per post, with a $10 minimum per month in the selected timeframe. The higher of the two applies, and the cost is charged regardless of the actual result count - including an empty dataset.

Free sample

Every account can pull a free sample of up to 100 posts from the last 30 days. It uses no credits and is the fastest way to validate a query.
